Jax Harmony had the honor of celebrating our nation's Independence through music, food and fellowship June 28 at our holiday cabaret: Star Spangled Harmony.

The chorus performed a mix of patriotic music followed by some of our favorite crowd-pleasers. We even gave a sneak preview of a couple of our international competition pieces that we'll sing in Vegas this October! While the group took a brief intermission, three quartets performed two songs each; they included Just One Night, Chordinated and Group Therapy.

All in all, the night was a, to quote our director Ann Gooch, "Star Spangled Success!" Thanks to all who came out and supported us, allowing us to sing our hearts out and fill the air with beautiful, harmonic vibrations! We had a blast and look forward to our next event!

As always, we are very thankful to Hendricks Avenue Baptist Church for the gracious rental of their fellowship hall - a clean, cool and comfortable venue in Jacksonville's Lakewood area, just a little south of downtown. Thanks, again, HABC!
